Compiz Fusion HOWTO : Make Linux Look like Vista's Aero

Title says it all. Just a few things, my taskbar is really at the bottom, but it appears at the top due to a recording glitch. Also I couldnt find any good screencasting programs for Aero. If you know of one that is 100% free, then let me know in the titles.
